Merit Badge Day Registration Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in the Troop 260 / Crew 9999 Merit Badge Day! You may select one all day merit badge session OR a maximum of two half day merit badge sessions. The $40 fee remains the same and includes an optional lunch. If you choose two merit badge sessions, you are limited to registering for only one Eagle Scout-Required merit badge session (denoted by an asterisks).
To earn the merit badge, Scouts need to complete all prerequisites and show proof of completion. Download the prerequisite form and have it signed by your Scoutmaster once all prerequisites have been completed.
Classes are available on a first come, first served basis. Scouts can plan their Merit Badge Day registrations by viewing the class schedule here. Troop 260/Crew 9999 reserves the right to cancel a class if class minimums are not met. However, we will do our best to ensure that this does not happen.
All Merit Badge Day registrations are final. There are NO refunds for cancellations. If a Scout can no longer attend, he/she will forfeit their registration fee. There will be NO credits for future events and NO registration transfers to other Scouts. There are also NO class changes once you register. Be sure to review all prerequisites and double check that your Scout needs/wants the merit badges you sign him/her up for BEFORE you register.
Please make your first Merit Badge session selection now. After your first selection you will be able to choose your PM Session. If you would only like to take a PM session, please select “None” for the AM session.
